How our plastic moulding machines work

The injection moulding machine is firstly fed plastic granules which are then heated until they’ve melted. These are then injected into a mould. The plastic moulding machine will therefore require delicate management ensuring the correct temperature is set to melt the plastic in use. If the temperature is too low not all the granules will melt and if it’s set too high the quality of the plastic maybe compromised.
