PLASTIC INJECTION QUALITY

Quality assurance is a team effort, from the design of a product through to the packaging and shipping. CJ Tool & Mouldings hold quality and customer service at the heart of the business.

Every step of the manufacturing process is carefully monitored and we maintain detailed traceability records to ensure quality control.

Our quality control team use an extensive range of fully calibrated measuring equipment, for precise measuring of production parts.  

We work closely with our customers to ensure all quality inspection checks are carried out in-house prior to delivery. Whatever your quality requirements, we can work with you to develop them and through our continuous improvement process, identify how to improve the manufacturing process, thus saving you time, money and ultimately giving you a more robust and effective quality product.
